Some configuration options are as follows:
log_min_duration_statement = 0'
log_statement = 'all'
log_line_prefix = '%t [%p]: [%l-1] db=%d,user=%u [%x]'
logging_collector = on

I do agree with you. But I don't know what query can call parse
multiple times.
