Error configure 77

Support,

Trying to rerun ./configure and it fails with the following:

configure:3565: error: in `/scratch/psqlodbc13.2/psqlodbc-13.02.0000':
configure:3567: error: C compiler cannot create executables
See `config.log' for more details

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
