Hi,
I made a similar post to the novice newsgroup, but there were no
takers, so I'll try again in admin.

It appears that postgres.exe, psql.exe, and postmaster.exe all require
access to IP address 0.0.0.0? My asumption is this is being used to
advertise a service?

Is there some way to recongfiure the postgres applications to use
192.168.xxx.0 or 10.xxx.xxx.0, or 127.xxx.xxx.0? If so, how?

Can this setting be changed?
