Mmmm, según yo ya no es problema del pg_hba.conf, pues en el titulo
del correo dice:

ERROR "FATAL: password authentificaction faile for user"

lo que indica que no te has podido autentificar correctamente contra
el servidor postgresql, pero conexion si tienes.
