I've tried it and it seems quite nice. Seems perfect as a backup GUI
tool for occasions when pgAdmin acts up because of a new bug; something
that unfortunately happens often lately.
The server version would be a full replacement for pgAdmin but
unfortunately it is quite hard to setup and even more unfortunately it
doesn't install itself as a system service (on Linux at least) so it's a
non option for me at the time.
The desktop version is very handy though.
