Not sure what you are showing.
My best guess is you:
1) Typed \i my_databases
2) Hit the Tab key to complete the file listing.
Is this correct?
If not write out what you did.
I'm going to say it is an issue with whatever is being used to supply
readline on the RPI.
Do you know what that is?
Or can you look at config.log where you ran ./configure to see what it
found or did not finc?
