Hello,
I need to install cygipc on cygwin in order to run the postgre sql server on a windows system.
cygwin and the server are both installed, but when I type this command in the cygwin console to
install cygpic:
tar -C / -xjf cygipc.tar.bz2
I get this error message:
tar <child>: cygipc.tar.bz2: Cannot open: no such file or directory
the cygipc.tar.bz2 is in the same directory as tar.exe is..
hope somebody knows a solution
