I'm deligthed to find that Navicat PostgreSQL GUI for Windows (ver. 7.2.9)
finally supports HTTP Tunneling which enable user to connect to remote
PostgreSQL perfectly.

This PostgreSQL Client tool features an intuitive interface and provides a
set of useful tool to manage, backup/ restore, import/ export data,
Synchronize database and connect to remote MySQL server, etc.

Navicat major features:

- Visual Query Builder
- SSH Tunnel for remote database connection
- Database transfer from server to server
- Data and Structure Synchronization
- Data backup and restore
- Import/ Export of most popular data formats to and from PostgreSQL
- Tasks Scheduling and Easy-to-use wizards tool

It is available for Windows and Mac OS X and can be downloaded at:
