Are you sure that you are using at least 42.0-42 version of the repo
RPM? I broke it on that specific day for an hour or so, then released a
new RPM to fix it (42.0-42).

FWIW the last release is 42.0-43 which I released about 30 mins ago. The
previous version even fixes your problem -- tested on 2 separate
instances today with -42:

# dnf -qy module disable postgresql
