PostgreSQL v7.1.3 fails to build on Irix 6.5.13m

Hi,

I'm using gmake 3.79.1 and gcc version 2.95.2
on a MIPS R10000 CPU

I run the following:
./configure --with-tcl --with-tclconfig=/usr/freeware/lib

everything looks good until:

Any ideas or patches to the s_lock file that I should try?
