Local SQL connection PsotgreSQL in cloud

I downloaded and installed the latest psqlodbc:
[cid:image001(dot)png(at)01D00D7B(dot)3B572610]

I configured ODBC and successfully was able to connect:
[cid:image003(dot)png(at)01D00D7B(dot)8FC6E6E0]
[cid:image002(dot)png(at)01D00D7B(dot)3B572610]

But when try to configure MS SQL server Management studio I get this error:

[cid:image004(dot)png(at)01D00D7B(dot)E2848AE0]

Please advise what is wrong.
