SV: Still some Installation deps error for pgadmin4 in Rhel8

Hi,

Now, there were no dependency complains when installing pgadmin4-desktop-common

But, I could not start the application due to error.

I had to install these packages also:

python3-cryptography

python3-bcrypt
python3-pynacl

Then everything started as expected.

So, maybe you have to add them also to required list.

Right, we don't have support for desktop application on RHEL 8 (I think). Can
you please test the latest 4.17 packages, and let me know?
