For the record, this is for the commons - there are exceptions for things
like logos and such for the main wikipedia section.

Good to know. I created a new version without the name, uploaded it, and put it
on the page. Can we possibly put all the PG images on one page (the "propoganda"
one no longer has the main image, for example) and clearly state somewhere
that they are all (or which ones are) public domain? I'll be happy to add
things to the commons once I have a URL to point people to as proof of public
domain status.
