How do I import text into a table if the delimiter is varying whitespaces.
Sometimes is a single space, or multiple space, or tabs even? I've tried

psql db-name -c "COPY relation-name FROM stdin;" < file-name

but this clumps on the data into a single field.

Thanks in advance
billy
