Well, this is the closest mailing list I could find -- and I'm still not sure it's right. The forums are rather dead.
I would like to run a script on one of the hosted pgFoundry sites (this one: http://python.projects.postgresql.org/)
Basically, the script would retrieve information about commits and mailing list activity and add that info to the main page of the site to show how "active" or "inactive" the project has been lately.
I have a Python script to do this... but I doubt there is any chance of getting something like that setup. So... what are my options? What kind of scripts can I run on the server in the background to generate static html pages that can be served ... or ... as a server side script that gets run each time the user accesses the page (like PHP)?
