Hi,
On UnixWare 711, I've noticed that when using openssl, neither postmaster
nor psql would start without LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/ssl.
Now Makefile uses the -R option to force the load from
/usr/local/pgsql/lib (or whatever). According to the unixware 711b docs,
one can specifie multiple libraries concatening them with ':';
Tweaking the makefile to do this
(-R/usr/local/pgsql/lib:/usr/local/ssl/lib) did not help and the linker
still doesn't find libssl.so and libcrypto.so if LD_LIBRARY_PATH is not
set.
Even forcing LD_RUNT_PATH before make didn't help.
Any ideas???
Regards,
