Josh,
OK. Now it's all straightened out on this side:
postgres(at)salmo:/var/lib/pgsql$ psql -U postgres template1
Welcome to psql 8.1.2, the PostgreSQL interactive terminal.
Type: \copyright for distribution terms
\h for help with SQL commands
\? for help with psql commands
\g or terminate with semicolon to execute query
\q to quit
template1=# \q
No more server conflicts. Whew! It seems that I have postgres properly --
and fully -- upgraded.
However, I'm still getting a 500 server error from httpd when I try to log
in to sql-ledger (http://localhost/sql-ledger/login.pl) What do I need to do
to identify the reason?
Many thanks,
Rich
