RPMS for FC1 have been uploaded with the MD5SUMS file under snake
to /snapshots/wxwindows/FC1/20031010.8/

I'm rebuilding today's FC1 snapshot of pgadmin3 with this wxWindows. I'll
upload this rpm again after the rebuild completes.
