Just going through the TODO list, at the risk of starting another
heart-breaking discussion, did we not agree to _not_ do this:

* rename 'createuser' to 'pg_createuser', and add 'pg_' to other commands

All the commands that need it (version, dump, id) already have this
prefix, all the other ones have no provable name conflicts, so leave as
is?
