State of v6.5 under FreeBSD

Just applied some FreeBSD related patches, and regression tests fail on:

float8 .. failed
geometry .. failed
rules .. failed

I've included the regression diffs from all three...the float8 one looks
suspicious. The second 'diff' in it has some 'out of range' errors that
the regression appears to not generate.

The geometry one looks like all rounding differences, which is normal.

The rules one...I hven't got a clue.
