I *think* this has gone around already, but trying to dump one v6.4.2
database into another v6.4.2 server, the load failed with:
CREATE RULE "_RETreg_view" AS ON SELECT TO "reg_view" DO INSTEAD SELECT
"p"."userid", "r"."first_name" || ' '::"text" || "r"."last_name",
"p"."c_n", "p"."ps", "p"."mgmt" FROM "registration" "r", "password" "p"
WHERE "r"."userid" = "p"."userid";
ERROR: parser: parse error at or near "||"
