For the longest time, I've been trying to figure out what it would take to
get INN to use a PostgreSQL backend to it, vs the history file and various
other 'tables'. Basically, the idea is that PostgreSQL would provide a
better backend fo rthat then what currently exists, since we've been
optimized to deal with high levels of data...
Problem: its one large project and I don't know where to start :(
I have access to the CVS repository for INN, so getting it into the main
stream isn't really a problem...I'm curious as to whether anyone is
interested in working on such a beast? Especially with v6.5 right around
the corner, the viableness of this increases massively...
