build problem with postgresql on AIX 4.3.3

Hello

I am getting the following error when I build postgresql 7.1.1 on
AIX 4.3.3 machine. I am unable to figure it out what's the problem
is. I have GNU make and gcc on the system. It woulb be a great help
if you can help me.
