Hello,
I installed Cygwin on Windows XP.
But when I start psql from Administrator/Bin directory
( I see the file psql.exe there, which means that it is
installed ), I receive a message
$ psql
psql: could not connect to server: No such file or directory
Is the server running locally and accepting
connections on Unix domain socket "/tmp/.s.PGSQL.5432"
How to fix that ?
Thanks.
