Cómo Iniciar pgaccess

Nunca lo he hecho aún.

Según dselect ya tengo pgaccess instalado en mi Debian Woody, por lo que
busco el comando pgaccess.tcl (que según la docu inicia la herramienta) y no
lo encuentro por ningún sitio. Sin embargo sí que encuentro pgaccess en el
PATH, concretamente en /usr/X11R6/bin Al ejecutarlo bajo usuario postgres me
dice Command not found, y al ejecutarlo bajo root me sale:
