When using the View/Edit Data function on a table object, the [SAVE] button remains greyed out, even after making changes.

AWS Hosted PostgreSQL RDS v10.6
pgAdmin Version 4.12
Windows 10
Chrome 76.0.3809.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Desktop mode?

Steps:

1. Right-click on table in the browser window and select View/Edit Data -> (any option)
2. Edit some data
3. Save button (and entire file widget) remains greyed out
4. Only way top save is to close the Query window and answer yes to warning dialog to save changed data
