Just A note on Linux.
I consider Linux on the same level as Windows. I have been able to crash
it (kernel 2.4.18) just as well and the lib C API is nowhere near complete
or fault tolerant to any commercial OS. For the moment nothing beats SCO
Openserver/Unixware stability on PC. These are OS worth paying for.
