hi i used the following link to help me port postgresql to Windows 2000

I think all went well until i got to step 14: I get the following error...

administrator(at)PHOENIX /usr/local/pgsql/data
$ C:\cygwin\usr\local\pgsql\bin\postgres.exe: ***
recreate_mmaps_after_fork_failed
Startup failed - abort

any idea what i did wrong??
