pgadmin installation and connection to postgres

hi,

I have postgres 7.0.3 running on linux 7.1, installed the odbc driver for
postgres 7.01.00.8 on windows NT 4 with service pack 6, have also installed
the MDAC 2.6 on this I have installed pgadmin for winNT 7.0.3. when I run
pgadmin it says " Error: 3021, Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current
record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record.
Function: frmMain, MDIForm_Load"
I am however connecting to postgres database through Winsql. I am unable to
do any work with the database through pgadmin.

Could someone plz. help me at the earliest.
