Re: libpqxx Large Objects

Just FYI, I just tried the Win32 build (VS .NET compiler), and had to change
two things to make it compile:

In config.h:

#define NO_PARTIAL_CLASS_TEMPLATE_SPECIALISATION

In util.h:

#define snprintf _snprintf
