Postgres 9.3 went EOL in late 2018 and as such is not guaranteed to be
compatible with any operating system. You should contact your vendor about
supporting a less ancient version of the database.

Also, the -bugs mailinglist is not intended for general questions, I recommend
using pgsql-general where you run a better chance of getting help.
