I recently installed PostgreSQL 6.5. Here are the
pertinent details:
PostgreSQL v6.5
Slackware 3.5 running kernel 2.2.10 on Pentium/75
The following regression tests reported failures:
int2 (trivial)
int4 (trivial)
geometry (uninvestigated, don't care)
I doubt that these will present problems.
I've converted my data over from 6.4.2, and everything
seems fine. One question: Is there an easy way to
preserve permissions on individual tables? It's not
a big deal, obviously, but it'd be nice.
Hope this information is useful.
