Dear sir/Madam

I downloaded this version pgadmin4-4.23-x64.exe<https://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/pgadmin/pgadmin4/v4.23/windows/pgadmin4-4.23-x64.exe> but when I run the program the browser does not run, should I download this other versions? pgadmin4-4.23-x86.exe<https://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/pgadmin/pgadmin4/v4.23/windows/pgadmin4-4.23-x86.exe> My pc has the characteristic as can been seen in the image attached
