Postgre V12.0

I use psqlodbc_12_00_0000-x64 (ansi and Unicode) and when I retry data with "datestamp without zone" format, the millisecond are truncated.
I can insert data with millisecond but not retry correctly. (I try with my Scada application and with Excel and I have same result)
