Re: Trouble installing pltcl language

I found my answer this AM...

One must have Active State TCL software installed First... same goes for
the other PL languages like Perl or python.

http://www.activestate.com/

I installed the Free Download for windows...re-started the
database...broke out into a command line and ran successfully from:

"C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\8.1\bin"

Createlang pltcl --dbname=mydb -username=me

Create language pltcl;

Or

Createlang.exe pltcl --dbname=mydb -username=me

Keep getting

ERROR: could not load library "C:/Program
Files/PostgreSQL/8.1/lib/pltcl.dll": The specified module could not be
found.

HELP
