broken formatting on web page

The formatting on http://archives.postgresql.org/pgsql-jobs/2012-10/msg00003.php
is badly broken. On Chrome and Safari, the body copy is being broken at letter
boundaries to fit the desired column width. On Firefox, the text simply extends
WAY to the right.

It appears that someone is using a big <pre> block, which is inappropriate for
this sort of copy.
