Hello all.
I'm seeing this bug from 1.10 version, or maybe earlier.
When you opened pgadmin, and sql window, and server restarted, execution of
sql asks if I want to reconnect, but it hangs anyway.

If I try to browse pgadmin tree, it detects that there's no server, ask If
I want to reconnect, and reconnectiong only to DB-server, not to database.
I had to click refresh, then click on some other item (like other table) in
pgadmin tree, and I get asked if I want to reconnect to database A, then to
B, to C... to all previously connected DB.

If I do this, then re-run sql in opened window says that it had to
reconnect too. I agree, and after that it could fail, then execute, or just
keep failing, or produce total hang.
I think you better investigate thoroughly pgadmin behavior while some
server restarts, since currently it seems never touched area.
And pgadmin hangs is total, and produced disappointment, when all your
queries, open databases are lost ;)

Thanks.
