Bugs and feutures

Hello,

I would like to report some bugs and some features which can make pgAdmin
v4 more intuitive.

So firstly BUGS:
* duplicate properties of partitioned tables (Constraints, Indexes, Rules,
Triggers)
* not visible second and further level of partitions
* when you click on detach in Query tool pop-up is blank. What is purpose
of this feature?

And some features:
* In triggers it should be present definition of trigger, not just SQL
connecting table with trigger function* In Dependencies and Dependents it
shoud be link redirect to depdendecy object
* View data should be limited by default
* Filtered Rows should have drop down list with list of available fields in
table/view to be filtered
* Click on table/view should open by default SQL
* View Data, Filtered Rows and Query Tool should be opened in new
tab/window.
