Re: BUG #17289: Postgres 14.1 Windows installer fails with unknown error and terminates

I have done what you asked, trying to execute "getlocales.exe" without
closing the error windows, but inside the directory "Temp" there isn't a
file called "postgresql_installer_8053911904".

These are all the file inside the "Temp" directory:
