Re: Help with restoring database from old version of PostgreSQL

1. PG16 will read a PG 9.6 backup file, so there's no need to install PG
9.6.
2. Installing PG on a OneDrive share is certainly a Very Bad Idea.
3. PG is not the same as PgAdmin.
