Hi List,

Observed incorrect settings in the contents of the /etc/default/repmgrd
file on Ubuntu LTS 16.04.

This file gets included by /etc/init.d/repmgrd which uses the corrected
variables to invoke repmgrd.

The attached patch should fix this.
