Re: pgAdmin4 v8.10 candidate builds

Hi Hackers,
I have verified the issue on ubuntu 24.04 and it's fixed. Users are able to
launch pgadmin 4 in desktop mode.

I have re verified the builds on ubuntu 24.04 and windows 11 with the
latest installer. Basic sanity is done for the following

- New installation with clean vm
- upgrade scenarios from pgadmin 4 8.9
