Re: plperl and plperlu language extentsions

I got it working, although I found it a bit odd. Although "yum list"
showed postgresql10-plperl.x86_64 as being installed, in fact :

yum install postgresql10-plperl

went ahead as if it was not installed, and I was now able to create the
language extensions.
