Re: pgAdmin won't load

Thanks for the responses. After downloading and trying
both postgresql-15.3-3-windows-x64 as well as postgresql-14.8-3-windows-x64
the same event occurs: PgAdmin 4 indicates it is loading but never does.
FYI - on a previous copy of Windows 11 on the same laptop, PgAdmin 4
worked. But I had to reload Windows 11 after a fail (and unfortunately did
not have a recovery disc) and am now having the issue of loading PgAdmin 4
anew.
