You can't push, but you can open a ticket at
https://redmine.postgresql.org/projects/pgrpms or write to the
pgsql-pkg-yum(at)postgresql(dot)org mailing list to request merging of a branch
you've published somewhere accessible.
Please explain what the change is and why it's needed in your ticket/email,
rather than just "please merge" etc.
