Thank you Imran for the answer.
I haven't still install any things, just update the yum repository though
sudo dnf install -y
https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/reporpms/EL-9-x86_64/pgdg-redhat-repo-latest.noarch.rpm
I guess if I download the 17.1 rpm packages, when I list the yum repository
( sudo dnf list postgresql17* ) I would get available the version 17.1 and
then install it
