Hi,
Please follow the instructions from here
<https://www.pgadmin.org/download/pgadmin-4-apt/>. Just run 'sudo apt
install pgadmin4-desktop'.
pgadmin4-server is a dependency for pgAdmin 4 in both modes desktop & web.
Note - Officially pgAdmin 4 does not support Kubuntu platform.
