Re: [External] Re: PG ADMIN INSTALLATION

Hi Benit,

We had tried multiple ways to figure out the root cause but it seems to be
an issue with machine configuration.

Let me summarise my observation -
1.Initially, there were multiple entries for pgadmin (v7, v8) which were
not actually installed on the system.
2.After installing pgadmin 8.4, it was showing the error splash screen.
3.We tried configuring the fixed port, but the pgadmin error splash screen
was showing random port only.
4.It is observed that the server check call ('http://127.0.0.1:' +
serverPort + '/misc/ping?key=' + UUID;) does not get a response back. When
we tried the same url via browser, we got an error 'Connection
refused.'(which indicates some network restrictions.)
5.If pgadmin server url ('http://127.0.0.1:' + serverPort + '/?key=' + UUID;)
browsed via browser it works fine which means pgadmin is working fine.
6.Also as pgadmin works on other machines, this clearly indicates the issue
is *NOT* with pgadmin.

Here I am attaching a pgadmin.js file which bypasses the ping server just
to confirm if that is the only issue. Replace contents of the pgadmin.js
file located at 'C:\Program Files\pgAdmin 4\runtime\src\js' with contents
in the attached file. Try launching pgadmin and check if it works.
Kindly share logs located at %APPDATA%/Local/pgadmin/pgadmin4.***.log file.
and %APPDATA%/Roaming/pgadmin/pgadmin4.log.(Expecting logs dated 14 Mar.)
