Hi Benit,

Please try a couple of steps below
1.Open "Windows Firewall with Advanced Security" from the start menu and in
the inbound rules section, check if there is any entry related to
nwjs/node.js etc.

2.Here I am attaching a pgadmin.js file which will use the machine ip
address instead of 127.0.0.1(loopback address) to launch the pgadmin
server. Replace contents of the pgadmin.js file located at 'C:\Program
Files\pgAdmin 4\runtime\src\js' with contents in the attached file. Try
launching pgadmin and check if it works.
Kindly share logs located at %APPDATA%/Local/pgadmin/pgadmin4.***.log file.
and %APPDATA%/Roaming/pgadmin/pgadmin4.log.
