Please run below commands -

export PYTHONHOME=/Applications/pgAdmin\ 4.app/Contents/Resources/venv

/Applications/pgAdmin\
4.app/Contents/Resources/venv/bin/python /Applications/pgAdmin\
4.app/Contents/Resources/web/setup.py --dump-servers <path for
pgadmin_dump_servers.json>
